Quality Assurance
GVP Fabricators Quality Assurance System is based on ISO 9001 & ISO 3834.2 requirements ensuring all works comply with relevant specification requirements.
Quality Records
Quality Records are maintained demonstrating conformance and traceability to the origin of all works.
Specific quality plans, including detailed inspection and test plans are developed for each project. These plans include tracking of materials and traceability in accordance with the project’s specification to Australian standards.
Manufacturers Data Report (MDR)
MDRs are compiled progressively throughout the course of a project and are issued in full at the completion of the works.

Environmental
Project Environmental Plans (PEP) are established to describe how GVP Fabricators will manage and control environmental impacts on the projects.
They are designed to meet the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act and related regulations, protection policies and the principal contractors subcontract conditions.
Any environmental work methods required must be implemented by all GVP project personnel and coordinated with the principal contractors project environmental requirements and methods.
GVP Fabricators is a member of ASI Environmental Sustainability Charter.
Occupational Health & Safety
Occupational Health, Safety & Environment plans are established for each project covering the responsibilities and site specific procedures, safe work methods statements , employee induction & training and incident investigation & reporting requirements.
